A modern, large building stands on a cliff approximately 50 meters high on the seashore. Under the cliff, in a 300-meter-long cave, a spring with salt water and hydrogen sulfide emerges. In a well, drilled to a depth of 40 m, the temperature is 36 degrees, so unheated water is supplied to the pools. The complex features two pools: a larger pool measuring 200 m² with a depth of 1.1 m, situated under a high, transparent ceiling, and a smaller pool located on an open terrace. Due to its unique properties, the water is running without the addition of disinfectants.
